Cancellations & Refund

As a general rule, all sales made on Truly Mom or any of its sub-domains are final once an order confirmation is sent from our side. So, no cancellations are allowed therein.

As a standard practice, there is no refund policy for Online courses sold on Truly Mom or any of its sub-domains.

Further, only in certain special circumstance(s) as listed below, a customer may claim refund:

Duplicate Purchase: If an individual purchases a course twice by mistake, the intimation regarding the same may be provided within 48 hours of purchase. After due satisfactory diligence, the refund may be initiated.

Exceptional or unforeseen circumstances: In case of any exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, the buyer may write to anaswara@trulymom.in to explain applicable reasons. However, it will be Truly Mom’s sole discretion to hear and admit the request basis prevailing circumstance(s).

Truly Mom reserves the right to refuse refund in case of fraudulent intentions of the buyer, misuse of account or any other reason which may be considered deceitful.

To initiate a Refund, if applicable, customer can contact us at anaswara@trulymom.in. The refund will be processed subject to deduction of Promotional Discounts/Cash backs, GST/other taxes, administrative charges etc.

This Refund Policy is a part of, and incorporated within, the Terms & Conditions. As a condition of registering with trulymom.in and using the services offered through this Website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Cancellation/Refund Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Cancellation/Refund Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease use of all Truly Mom services and terminate your account. However, any transactions occurring prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Cancellation/Refund Policy.
